I started my business Steve’s Liftrucks R Us Pty Ltd in 1997 after having worked in mechanical workshops repairing and servicing all types of vehicles from cars, trucks and forklifts.
From there I worked in a forklift company for 10 years in the field servicing and repairing all brands and types of forklifts. With the experience and the people skills I had gained, I was given the opportunity and was offered to manage the service department. In time I began to manage the workshop also. This position entailed direct customer contact and providing quotes for repairs, along with managing 12 staff on a daily basis for a period of 5 years.
In 2015, the trading name Onsite Forklift Services was registered. The business that now trades under that name specializes in the repair, service, hire and sales of all brands and makes of forklifts, including all LPG, diesel and battery electric forklifts.
